The Great Great Grandshow

Saturday, August 16, 2008 (from 7pm to 11pm) is the Grand Opening of the August 16th through September 1st Great Great Grandshow at Gallery Nucleus, in the heart of quaint downtown Alhambra, just East of Los Angeles.  

A most splendid exhibit yielding praises from the far reaches of the globe–featuring work of pleasing and titillating nature that explores antiquities of yore, figures of late, and tales of yesteryear.

A visual quartet of ink, watercolor, and paints, produced by the likes of:

Graham Annable
Scott Campbell
Jon Klassen
Israel Sanchez

Noteworthy ceremonies on opening night in which to partake:

  • “Historic Figures” Photography booth
  • Arrive in attire resembling an iconic figure of history and obtain a generous deduction of 15% on all in-store items (example: Abraham Lincoln, Genghis Kahn, Ninja, Pirate, Sherlock Holmes)
  • The debut of Graham Annable’s animated short From Whence Before Times
